How do I stop All Stars?

I don't want All Stars.

In previous versions the way I did it was to make sure hold all star game wasn't checked (and in historical seasons you had to check yearly because the game liked (still likes) to turn it back on) but now in 18 with it not checked people are still being voted all stars just no game is scheduled.

So how do I stop all stars being voted on? I don't want any mention of all stars at all in my league.
