I got numbers at the side of the text at some pages.
See attached link for picture. http://oi65.tinypic.com/pox78.jpg

How could I turn them of or get rid of the numbers?

If you go to Settings on the main screen there is an option (I think in Troubleshooting) to enable a Debug Trace. If you disable it, the numbers are gone (only for new entries, old stay until they are replaced by something new).
