2016 Neutralized Stats Stampede

I did go ahead and create 2016 neutralized stats due to the very faint clamor raised by the few that used it and since my time has no value.

Now I need 4 volunteers to check the 2016 data in the neutered

Master
Batting
Pitching
Fielding

files too make sure the process worked as expected.

PM me if you have the time to check a portion of neutered files. Once checked I will upload them to Markus and co.

if you got so much time, there's another thread you should look into that could use your db skills

maybe a matrix of "basic league setups" and hten teh varying probabilities for various situations etc etc
