Contracts after recent patch...
Take a look at the screen capture below, on the left, at what the FAs are demanding.... $1B+.
This week after the update I created an independent league (the league in the capture is not it) where a few FAs were signed to $1M+ contracts, by teams whose entire budget was less than $500K. Because there were only a few I changed them manually. So this example below may be a cosmetic thing. [EDIT] and it turns out it appears my screen capture folder has been moved or the F12 function in the game is not working... so cant show this.... [EDIT] oh god... ok, so found the capture Last edited by HonusWagner; 05-26-2017 at 08:01 AM. |

Are the contracts in pesos?
Otherwise, that's insane. Sent from my VS985 4G using Tapatalk

Won't be long and that will be realistic.

There must be a league setting that's off. What's listed on your salary and financials page?

I was just going to post the same thing. I have a fictional league and was having players sign $1.5bn/yr contracts. Multiple 100M+/yr contracts all across my leagues. Mind you this is in a league where the super star salary setting is 350k. Right now its completely unplayable.
My league uses P/R. In my world, it looks like many of these buggy contracts are on teams that changed leagues due to P/R but it isn't completely contained to them and it certainly only started appearing after the last patch. Last edited by slugger922cubs; 05-30-2017 at 12:41 PM. |

Anyone else who has this happening, we could use your league files as well!

We looked at one case of this and found that what had happened was that one of the leagues in the universe had a flaw where one of the medium contract was off by a factor of 10 (it was listed as 950k, not 95k), and this caused an overflow case in one of our contract calculations for certain players.
In the case where we actually looked at the files it appears this was likely just a user error that had unexpected ramifications. I do have a question for anyone experiencing this though. Have you recently manually changed the financials in that division or readjusted league or game-wide financials at all? I ask so we can try to figure out how things get that way, if it's just through user error typos, or if there's a bug in the game that messed up the salary settings somehow. At this point in time it looks like it's just because of typos in the financial settings, which you guys will just want to look for and adjust in your leagues, but it'd be nice to make sure!
