Retired player showing up on Salaries Report

This player is showing up on my salaries report after he has been retired for more than five years. I looked in the editor and he does not have a contract. I even tried to delete him, but he doesn't go away.

Just want to call out that this isn't a unique issue.

It seems to have happened when players retire while my team still retains some percentage of their salary. Is it possible that the foreign key in the database doesn't update correctly when a player retires, but is not on my team?

I finally got around to uploading my league files. I created a support ticket per instructions. Thanks!
