Post patch, everyone seems to be getting 5 hit games

I have all these messages after each time I sim a few weeks that (what looks like) half the league goes 5 for 5. Anyone else notice this? Do not remember it being this high a frequency before the patch.

I've played about 20 days in my league since the patch and see no difference in number of players getting 5 hits in a game.
Historical/neutralized stats

What do your league modifiers look like?

Where cha I find this? Don't think I've changed that from default.

League Settings > Stats and AI

Ultimately the big question is, are batting averages way too high in the league as a whole. Are players getting way too many hits overall? If not, then the multiple 5 hit games are likely just a fluke, but if so there might be something off with the modifiers.
