Sorry if already asked ... IFA's

what is the computer logic on deciding where an IFA signs now ... let's say in an on-line league 7 teams bid 5 million (full cap) on the same guy ... how does the computer decide where he signs?

the amateur ones. IA-FA unofficial abbreviation, to distinguish from the international ones created for FA or from your international leagues, if running in your world.

I had heard somewhere before that money being equal, alphabetical is the way it's decided. I don't know that it's true, and it seems likely that teams that are more successful, have more fan base market size, etc would be more appealing.

Pardon me, not alphabetical, but by Team ID. Not much better, but that's what I'd heard.

My understanding it is all the regular FA factors besides contract value. It's with all things being equal the X factors.
