Need some advice?

I recently was forced to buy a new laptop and so I;ve been replacing my downloaded software.

I can't remember the name of the software that I used to grab color codes off online pictures.

My needs
I'm looking for the ability to just hover over a color and be given the hex code that will work in OOTP logos

I use Chrome plug-in ColorPick Eyedropper.
