Pitchers batting 8th and other ideas

1) Allow manager to bat the pitcher anywhere in lineup
2) Allow ability to create or clone a player
3) give users the option to change font size (way too small!) and background/font colors (dark gray on black for some ratings)
4) Allow option to bunt for a hit with runners on base
5) Allow manager to see how tired relievers are when making a pitcher substitution
6) Replace 15 day DL with new 10 day DL and allow manager to put player on 60 day DL
7) Allow GM to shop a package of players together instead if one at a time
8) Runner from third should always score on double play attempt at 2B
9) Reduce number of takeout slides at 2B now that the rules now favor the infielders

And please allow for first initials when there are multiple Riveras, Johnsons, etc. Gets confusing when the CF and RF have the same last name!

I second most of those suggestions, especially pitcher batting anywhere. Geezh, what about Babe Ruth pitching for the Red Sox?

Not sure what the point of a 60 day disabled list would be unless 2016 or 2017 has added 40 man rosters.
