Random Uniforms in Pictures

Before I have this moved to the suggestion sub, is there a way for Home, Away, and Alt jerseys to be randomly applied to player pictures? I have some really great away jerseys in my fictional league and I barely ever get to see them.

Not that I know of. The only time you see the away jersey is when the team is on the road. OOTP doesn't know about alt jerseys at all.

I suppose you could sub in the Alt jerseys every now and then for a changeup, but yeah it is a manual function. I think it probably needs to stay that way too. Who knows what the game could come up with if it was randomized? The potential bugs might outweigh the rewards, but you never know. I never thought we'd have random debut historicals and it's been around for at least five versions now. Put it this way, if anybody can get it done it's Markus, and if he can't nobody can.

Check out my post in the suggestions forum about alternate jerseys. The idea I had was to key it to the day of the week the game is played (i.e. Sunday)

FYI: When you manually create baseball cards, there is an option to choose home or away jerseys. I like to mix that up from time to time.

Not player pictures, I know, but it is something.

It's more about just having some of the player pictures show up with away jerseys than alts. To be honest, I don't use alts all that much but figured if I was asking for one, I should ask for both.

I made the same suggestion last year. Does seem like a shame with all these wonderful uniforms that only the Home set is used. Worth another post in the suggestions forum.
