I end my season after the series. Fictional league. The option to sim until end of playoffs is the only option. clicking this goes to april 1st next year. no free agency no new season nothing. its like it dead it will im to the next year and the next but no games are played. it ruint my season obviously and the hours I played.

I figured it out.

When you add a league and check the promotion and regulation and then delete the league without checking the box to not allow promotion regulation it will send the off season into a death spiral and will never start next season. To undo this until they patch it, just create a league uncheck promotion and regulation and then delete league. sim 2 days and bam the free agency and offseason appears.
