List of Managers of the Year?

I see lists of all the MVPs, Cy Young Award winners, and Rookies of the Year. However, I've been searching in vain for a similar list of Managers of the Year.

Is there such a list somewhere, or will I just have to short-list them on the fly as they're being awarded? (I'm talking about a fictional league -- I can't just go to Wikipedia.)
