National Updates

I'm back to playing OOTP18 in an online league (go GUBA) and was wondering why France hasn't been updated to the current 18 regions (states in the software) from the 27 that existed before the 2016 elections.

Is this update coming in a future version?

Yes, these things matter to me.

World data fixes aren't a big priority right now. We don't even have half-hour time zones working right yet.
