Unable to Sort in rosters screen

I don't have the game in front of me unfortunately but wanted to get this over to you guys while I was sitting at work daydreaming about the game..

When I go into the rosters & transactions screen(the one where you can see 4 different levels of your roster if you choose), it does not give me the option to sort it off the top bar like it did last year. The top bar(grey) also became completely transparent or disappeared while scrolling through the list.

If you have no clue what I am talking about and need screen shots, I will try to remember to upload when I get home this evening.
