Issue with "Delay Between Plays" Setting

Hey all, so my Delay Between Plays setting is stuck at 4.0 seconds and it will not let me change it. Does anyone know how I can change it? It is grayed out and unchangeable. It makes watching the games incredibly slow and boring.

As well, I am noticing that the game does not do a great job of showing who the fielders are. It flashes their photos for a half millisecond after each play but never with enough time to get a sense of actually what is going on. Anyone else having issues with their 3D mode?

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

It would be nice if they also had a delay "before the play".
