Do The Intangibles Ever Develop?

As the title says, do the intangibles like leadership ability ever evolve or devolve as their careers progress?

Ie. Could a rookie with low leadership ever become someone with normal to high leader ability?

I think there has been some confirmation of those moving slightly, but I wouldn't count on it. Very rarely will it significantly alter a character.

personality can definitely change.. it may take a long time for a big shift... but some players are borderline in their category, so even a small shift can move them from prankster to selfish - or whatevr is feasible.

i wouldn't worry about the labels of personality, anyway. as with batting or pitching, it's more about the parts than how the game sums them up in a pretty rating for us. as with a star rating system, the verbage for these personality traits leaves alot of room for error due to the low resolution. if there are 5 verbal queues then it's 40pts per - low, very low etc... (5? 6? 200/X).

defense can change

speed can go down, but it won't rise much - if i recall.

TCR related effects are there own thing - they can be large and i'd assume it can happen to personality? even speed can jump up when it's just a random change the game engine enacts.
