First game of the year for me... hopefully the Cubs can do better than yesterday (0-8 to the DBacks). Sure it's only ST, but I can't wait! |

Carter seemed even worse since he followed Stoney, my vote for best analyst. |

Anybody seen Rod Beck lately? Holy cow, looks like he lost about 100 pounds.

LOL Every year i hear Chip Carey talking about being optomistic lol. They sey the same thing for every opening Spring Training game. I think the Cubs will be good, but the same thing over and over. Don Sutton is a better analyst and was a better pitcher than Steve Stone!!

I couldnt watch the whole game though. The Cable in my room keep messing up on WGN. Go figure. I watched the first 3 innings in my living room, but couldnt stand being in the same room as my family for a long period of time. So i went to my moms room and watched girl interrupted. Im so terrible.

![]() Sutton is a pretty good analyst, but too smug for my taste. Stoney's the man! |

![]() I think Harry and Stone were the best team ever (Stone for his knowledge of the game and Harry for entertainment value). Dick Bremer and Bert Blyleven for the Twins have grown on me too. Last edited by JML; 03-10-2003 at 04:54 AM. |
