Face gen problem

Started a historical league with 1961 season. Face gen does not seem to work. All faces are caucasian. No black or Hispanic.

A. Is this a known bug that will be fixed in OOTP 18?
B. What settings do I set in Face Gen in OOTP 17 to generate accurate faces?

In OOTP 16, Face gen worked perfectly.

Thanks, I will check it out. Still a little disappointed because I didn't have to do this extra step on OOTP 16.

Yes you did. You just don't remember doing it. You always have to load the (a staggeringly phenomenal achievement by the team that put it together - Thank you, thank you, thank you) historical facegen mod in order to see the right faces in your game.

I'm just old, I guess. You forget the things you do sometimes. But I'm just happy now I can finally play OOTP 17. Thanks for everybody's help in jogging my memory.
