"Creating a Fictional League" question

When using this option to create a fictional league, I notice when attempting to base these leagues off of their "real world" structures, I can do so, but also that there appears to be no minor league systems for the Chinese and Korean leagues. I also notice there is no option for the Japanese and US independent leagues. I am assuming this was done purposefully for some reason.

My question is this: what is the reason?, and is there a way around this that won't cause any later problems?

I also now see the DSL is not included as well. I really wish there was a way to easily start a fictional league with all of the standard setups of all the leagues included with OOTP.
