Phantom High School League?

Basically, I have a Pro league set up with 2 college feeder leagues, and then a minor dev league. However, I can't advance it, since there's apparently a high school league that has teams with no players on it. But, the highschool league doesn't show up in any menus (in settings or general ones), so I can't access it to delete the teams or the league itself. Anyone know how to fix this?

Maybe it's a minor league to a minor league? I don't believe that bug ever got fixed.

Maybe try running a purge of the db?
