Comic Book Universe?

Is there anyone that would be willing to design a DC based league so I can go ahead and make a league similar to the MLB, a la AL/Doom League and NL/Justice League? I can create the uniforms and everything.

I'd ask for a Marvel one as well, but most of the Marvel characters are from the actual world without faux countries, a la Wakanda, so they aren't too hard to create.

If people are interested, I can definitely get to grinding on em pretty quickly. Got the next few days off with nothing to do, plus facing surgery here soon and need something to do on my down time.
