Team Markets

I haven't checked it out yet with v5 yet, but in OOTP 4, team markets, no matter how small they started, always got to be huge if you simmed enough years (usually within 20 years).

Is it handled any better in OOTP 5? What I would like to see is that team markets don't really shift that much. A small market team should always be a small market team. Granted, in real life, as populations grow, many small markets will get bigger. But what happens in the game is, as markets get bigger, you begin to make tons of money over the years. Combined with merchandising revenue (whichj also seems to grow unchecked), within 20-30 years, you make so much money, that the challenge of running a small market team is gone because you can pretty much buy your team at that point.

If it hasn't been fixed yet, I think it would be a good idea to at least allow the option to leave marget growth always remain the same. That way, you will always have the big money New Yorks against the small midwestern markets. It would be much more challenging over the years.

Anyway, just a thought...
