Go to league settings, then league and teams tab. Make your changes.
Then go to the team page and go to the settings tab. Check to make sure that the city is correct (if you're moving to a city like "Springfield" where there are multiple with the same name in different states). Use the drop-down box to pick the new ballpark for your team (or edit ballpark to change the one you have around or make a new one) and "Modify team colors, logos and textures" to assign the new colors, logos, jerseys and caps. That's it. If you're just relocating, not adding teams, you don't need to re-build the schedule.

What if you just want to change the ballpark and it is not in the dropdown list? If, for example, I want the 2016 SF Giants to use the old Candlestick Park instead of AT&T Park, how would that be done?
