Dennis Cholowski, the 20th overall pick in the 2016 Draft, has by far the lowest ratings and potential of anyone in the first round.

You are right, he probably should have more then a 2 star potential.. but the great thing is you can edit this if you are playing Sandbox mode. After just toying around with Path to Glory.. Sandbox mode is clearly the better mode to play.

Gotta agree with this. You can control your minors, develop players how you want, do away with terrible lopsided AI trades when they happen, and the only thing that you really lose is "GM development." No biggie there.

I've been working on some of the high-end prospect ratings this week. Cholowski got a bunch of changes, the new data will show up next week.
