Feedback - Tactics/Scouting/Draft/Other

Tactics:

I like the new tactical system, i think its brilliant with the player roles system. However at the moment I do find it a bit restricting at times on which types of players I can use on a line and I feel like some talent is being wasted.

Is it possible to allow it have more freedom on what we can choose for roles like in FM?

We should be able to see a players top roles in their scouting report to help us choose players for our system.

Scouting:

Scouting still seems a bit clunky, I feel like there is so much clicking to do to send scouts on assignments. The menu seems likes there is so much information to go through. One of the biggest issues to me is not being able to send a scout on a permanent location. It gets annoying to have to send the scout out again every 16 weeks. I always forget who was assigned to where

There should be some sort of combined scouting list somewhere that shows every scouts finds in one window. That will allow us to sort out players without having to go through each scout individually which takes a lot of time.

Draft:

Draft day still seems boring. With the draft playing such a big role there should be something to spice this up. It's a little annoying to go back and forth with the Central Scouting Ranking and the draft board on draft to see where players a rank. Would it be possible to add their Midterm and Final rankings to the draft page?

Other:

As others have mentioned, injuries seem a bit high at the moment and too many long term injuries. Some minor roster issues such as Ilya Sorokin and Linus Soderstrom's rights are owned by the Islanders but are missing their rights in game. I also feel like there are too many trades, especially involving key players. Seem like the trade logic still needs some adjusting as there are lopsided trades.

Final Thoughts:

Excellent job!!!!! I havent really come across any bugs with FHM3 so far. Runs perfectly for me. You guys did an excellent job on it and I cant wait to see what else is in store for FHM!

Love all suggestions you mentioned, especially seeing best role in scouting report would be amazing!
