How/When Can I Change Development Settings?

jldante56 Major Leagues Join Date: Jul 2012 Posts: 386	How/When Can I Change Development Settings? Seems like whenever I try to change the player peak age or physical peak age I cannot access - even on July 1. Aging speed is available to change but the ages themselves are not. Thanks for your help.
