Bad Clubhouse

Okay so I keep getting messages about issues in the clubhouse from my players and I'm having the hardest time figuring out who's the root cause of it. The one who I thought it was even messaged me.

What's the surefire way to find out who is causing the issues?

This has been discussed a lot, and short of winning, or getting rid of tons of players, or getting Captains, or changing the management staff or ......... the only sure way to get around it is to disable morale.

I had the same problem. I ended up bringing in a whole bunch of high leadership guys in the offseason and that seemed to work.

IMO, blend polydamas' and mitchkenn's replies and there you have your answer.

The discussions that mitchkenn refers to, the easiest and best solution to this situation is to win. Somehow. Difficult when people are so upset.

Rooting out the bad guys (low leadership, high greed and need to win) and bringing in more good guys (high leadership and intelligence) will help somewhat to turn things around but are not a guarantee in themselves. What they will do is to help prevent the cycle from recurring.
