Newbie question about add-ons

I'm new to the game (just purchased it yesterday) and I am not a IT person by any stretch. I'm curious if there is some form of add-on or file(s) that would have team, league, players, etc... from Major League baseball. I would hope these would be bug free. I realize that contractual rights prohit Markus from putting that information out there, but would anyone know where I can get reliable, bug-free, files. Also how would I inject these easily into the game. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for being tolerant of non-savvy users. I'm eager to learn the process and nuances of the game.
