Error in Mgr Mode

I keep getting this message in Mgr mode and I am unable to play any games.

OOTP5 caused an invalid page fault in
module OOTP5.EXE at 0197:007b300b.

Could you tell me if any errors, lockups or crashes took place?

Everything freezes. I can start program and go to standings board but cannot do anything else. I cannot sim, play, edit, or go to manager mode. Help!!!!

Have you tried turning the sound off?

No I haven't...Even though I am trying to just see managers screen that would make a difference. It also worked when I was playing a career league with sound on.

I just disabled sound...tried to then get back into standings and then it crashed. It seems to be able to do one thing and then crash. That would make for a very long season at this rate!!!
