Yes, but for those who like to play with a Cuban league in their universe that mirrors the actual one IRL, with no players being allowed to leave and none entering the league from outside, an option that would allow players to defect from that league would be handy.

In a closed league like that, a tickable "Players can defect from this league" option could possibly result in a random, established star (as opposed to a hitherto unknown amateur) defecting from that league and being placed in the free agent pool as an international free agent.

I think that would be cool little option to have, especially for those of us who like to get creative with our historical sims. It would certainly be a dandy little feature to have if want to, say, create a league in the former USSR or Red China sometime during the Cold War.
