Need a Logo Resized to 150 x 150

When I loaded this New Orleans Pelicans logo into OOTPB, it was 300 x 300... apparently the game doesn't automatically resize them any longer.

Would appreciate it resized to 150 x 150.

Thank you.

I resized it in Paint and it took away the transparency... it has that big ugly white square around it.

The forum went haywire for about 10 minutes or so... I kept losing it, too.
