quickstart for 3D parks
I'm thinking of ordering and haven't played in a long time. Is there a quickstart that utilizes the 3D parks? I could use the MLB and sim 20 years ahead I guess and change the names of the teams to make it more fictional (which is what I would like), I just want to be able to use the 3D parks.
Thanks! |

I don't think there are enough fictional 3D parks to cover a quickstart. At least, not one of any size.

Additionally, you could make a purely fictional league with whatever teams you like and then manually edit each team's ballpark to use one the existing 3D parks. I don't have the game right in front of me but I believe it goes something like:
Team Settings>Edit Ballpark>3D Model>And then there is an option to load a file of your choosing. All the MLB parks should be available to you right away and some users have created a number of fictional and historical parks, too, which can be found in the Mods section of these forums. |
