OOTP 16- Game messing up

I know this is the ootp 17 thread, but I've been having problems with my game file ever since I moved my league from 15 to 16 and I was wondering if you can send in your game files for the support team to look at even when you're not exactly sure how to explain the problem? It's nothing game breaking, but its a lot of little stuff that just doesn't sit right with me and it is starting to ruin the whole experience. It started off as a missing league history problem, but after a few months of doing nothing, I started the game up and all of a sudden I could see everything from all of my past leagues, but now the problems are all aesthetic. I'm a person that is pretty picky about having the team page be the same color as the team itself, but when I go to change the colors in the team editor, it goes back to some random color whenever I restart the game. Another problem that I am having is whenever I update the hints file to add some loading screen "fun facts" about the history of my league, it no longer updates. It shows all the things that I entered before the problem started, but I haven't seen any recent facts and it's been about 40 hours of game time.(My hints file is not that large, I've seen some facts easily a dozen times without seeing any of the new stuff once) Also another problem that I'm running into is with my feeder leagues. The AI doesn't pay attention to the DL, so they will leave a player on the DL even when that player recovered from the injury months ago, and sometimes it's a star player so it impacts the realism of the game for me. Also in my feeder leagues, after the season is over the game moves a random number of players (I've yet to see a pattern and I've been watching it for around 4 seasons) to the reserve roster and never brings them back, I have to do it manually at the start of every season and it's extremely tedious. The last problem that I just encountered (call it the straw that broke the camel's back if you will) is that the AI basically took control of my team when the roster expansion kicked in, and filled my reserve roster with 40 players, which made it impossible for me to promote the players that I wanted to give a cup of coffee to unless I put another player on waivers(I guess you can't remove someone from your 40 man roster unless you put them on waivers?) and also after the roster expansion date hit, I went ahead and played out one game, and the ratings for my players went wonky. Both of my catchers, who are usually rated as 50/80 went to 21/80 and after the game I went to the player screen and they were back up to 50/80? A few of my other players had their ratings change, but they were improvements so I didn't mind that much . It says their last scouting update was June 1st, and it's currently June 23rd, so I don't see any reason for the sudden change, especially just for one game. I'm really not sure what to do, I want to upgrade to 17 soon, but moving from 15 to 16 seemed to hurt the stability of my league, and I want to make sure it's healthy before I make the jump.
