Brawls

After watching the brawl today between the Rangers and Blue Jays I got to wondering. I've seen a lot of emails with brawls and suspensions in the minors but I've never seen one in playing out my teams games. Do they ever occur in games that are played out?

Haven't seen one. But when you think about it, the odds are miniscule. There are thousands of games in a year and only a handful ever have brawls.

I've seen them in my fictional league, MLB level. It's great on 3D!!!

All your little pawns rush the mound in a big group. No arms so you don't see punches thrown, but you can just imagine them going at it.

Liberal use of the "hit batter" function tends to lead to more brawls...

Yep... beaning the next guy up after a lead changing grand slam usually does the trick for me. But be prepared to live without your pitcher for the next 4-5 games...

I've played out hundreds of games and only witnessed a couple... maybe three. But the rest of my league seems to have taken up boxing. Seems like there is a suspension for a donnybrook every two days around the league.

i've only seen some brawls caused by hitting batters, i hope they can add more situations.

in the early days of my EBL vs MLB league Chewbacca, Han Solo & Luke Skywalker rushed the mound after being beaned. Who would be crazy enough to bean Chewie or a Jedi Master?

My shortstop prospect in a Brewers game in 16 got beaned in an MLB game and rushed the mound. 10 game suspension and the pitcher got one too iirc

I'd get frustrated too if Luke would be throwing me literal Bugs Bunny changeups using his damn force.

In my fictional league, I have had two players HBP and injured by the same frikken' team in two years. I WANT TO START A BRAWL!!!! I retaliate and hit the first batter I face and nothing. Someone help me start a brawl please!!! I really don't like this particular team. Tips?

Pro-Tip: Use a long reliever scrub, not your starter.

Good tip on which pitcher to use for the brawl starting since he's likely to get benched for X number of games!

Have you guys ever noticed a history of brawls between specific teams? I played a fictional league (with real team names) and my SF Giants brawled with the Rockies at least twice each season - but never with another team.
