College leage is treated as professional (affects services years)

If you have an independent college league (not setup as direct feeder) then the game treats the league as a professional league so if you eventually have those players play on a major league those college years get treated as service years which of course affects rule 5, arbitration, and free agency. Definitely needs to get fixed asap because this essentially give my rookies 3 or 4 years of pro time before they even set foot with my organization. Big bug for me. I guess I can set the minor league free agency years higher but I can't change the rule 5 settings so I'll have to turn those off.
