Question regarding International Free Agent posting system

If I am just running the MLB setup (without any international or independent leagues) will the posting system still work?...or now must I have to add international leagues, which will screw everything up because of all the staff issues? (Too many international staff with good reputations who move around everywhere and don't stay in their own damn country!

If you don't have any of the international leagues on, the posting system will have no league to draw from. I'd recommend just turning on the Nippon League if you don't want to add all the leagues in... that's where most of the postings some from anyway.
