Canadian League easy set up

10 team fictional league with one level of minors. 81 games, one best of 5 playoff round.
All custom uniforms home/away using eriqjaffe's web based tool.

I wanted to create a league that's super easy to get into and something different than your typical MLB style.

To do this I have some options turned off, scouting, coaching, owner goals, roster expansion, waivers,minor league options, rule 5, spring training, all star game and also no international players generated(though 3% are created for draft)
Max contracts set to 5 for something different from real life.
Of course all of these can be changed before you play but it could be easy to miss something you want to have on or assume is on.

Ran a 24 year test and good typical stats with nothing weird, slightly pitching biased.
