Suggestions for an a near perfect mobile game...

Apologies in advance if these features already exist and I just missed it (just downloaded it on Friday):

1) Can we have leaderboards for defensive stats (Defense Efficiency, Zone Rating, etc.)?

2) The ability to e-mail a backup to yourself so you can save a season(s) in progress (in case you have to change phones for whatever reason)?
