I need help

So I let the game setup a feeder league for me thinking it would get the right number of feeder teams for my league. But the draft pool has 9000 players lol. My draft is set for 35 rounds with only feeder league players.
The feeder league has 320 HS teams and 100 College teams. (Yeah that's a lot of teams) If all 420 teams produced 9 players (using the 6-9 player per team) then I should only have 3780 players for the draft pool but the actual number for my current draft class is 9738. That's 23 players per feeder team!! What am I doing wrong and how do I fix it.

I've never been good with feeder leagues, but are you sure you have your draft class set to feeder leagues only and not feeder leagues combined with fictional players?

Not to hijack your thread at all, but as a side note does anyone know if this version still has real life draft classes like last year's did? If so, could that be the OP's problem, that the entire real-life draft class was supplemented with the class from the 420 amateur feeder teams?

I've had feeder leagues in the past where all the players got put in the draft pool. But that was because the feeder league was another major league, not a HS/College League. It also sucked because it meant that the rosters for all the teams in the feeder league got wiped.

When you set up your feeder leagues, did you do them as actual High School and College leagues or were they accidentally done as major leagues or minor leagues? Could be the source of your problem...

When setting up the league there's an option to let the game do it for you that's what I chose. But they are all listed as MLB col or MLB HS. I guess that means they are set up as major leagues and would explain the number of players. Now to figure out how to fix it.
