Adding Negro Leagues to Random Start

Is there any way to incorporate the negro leagues into a random players league? I'm guessing no. But it would be pretty cool anyway. BTW, I'm referring to a random league in which MLB players are mixed in with Negro league players.

My guess would be because of how many different Negro Leagues there were, the volatility of several of those leagues and individual franchises, and the fact that record keeping for those leagues were often inconsistent and incomplete makes it quite difficult to realistically add them to this game.

The Negro Leagues was a mess, indeed, but there is a lot of data scattered out there, even if incomplete. Spritze (and Big Rod) was working on something earlier in the year. i don't know if it was a Quickstart, a minor league supplement or just a data base where players could be imported or drafted. Last i read Spritze was still working on the fielding and then was going to offer it to Markus to see what could be done with it. So, anyone's guess when (if) this will happen but it has been discussed and efforts are being made on a very high level. Can't ask for much more than that.

The fact that someone out there has taken this project on is already impressive. If they can actually put it all together, and it can fit within the game? Amazing indeed.
