Importing historical Drafts Each year

So I wanted to start in the 1990's "Power Age AKA Roid Power" and began in year 1996 but I want to know for each following upcoming drafts can i important the correct future pro players? Any insight on the matter will be nice..

League setup has options to import historical rookies and either assign them to team or do a draft. It also let's you set Stuff draft, but rounds, and pool reveal date, and draft date, and etc.
