Fictional League - historical Teams - Age Issue on import
Year was set to 1977, 24 historical teams of various years from 1875 to 2015
See inaugural draft, some players over 130 years old, ages aren't being adjusted in this scenario like they were in ootp16

temp fix until they do something:
export players to csv - without headers. remove all "//" lines from file (comments - turn off word wrap, and use find/F3 to cycle through them) import csv to a spreadsheet program. find the Year of Birth column - it will be the obvious column of data. fix YoB... you can do this en masse or tailored to individuals. if all players are off an equal amount, this will be easy to fix. use a column on nother sheet to reference the first YoB value, and subtract or add what you need. then Fill that formula down as many rows as playerIDs. copy and "Paste Special" - text/numbers only. delete the extra worksheet(s). export to csv file. import back into game with corrected YoB. if not, it may not be worth your effort. you'd have to do it by hand per individual. doesn't sound like fun to me. |

this is a know issue that should be addressed, IIRC in OOTP16 they had to patch the same problem so how it managed to slip through with this version I can't explain . Likely because people who do leagues like that are few and far between and it probably was never tested in beta. Which is sad because my HTRDL online league is exactly that format of league. Which means we can't convert until it is fixed

Preseason Predictions, where can you find them?
Where can I access the preseason predictions made at opening day?

*suggestion, if interested: set Preasons Prediction to "On Demand" and hand-click it on opening day. this will make the prediction based on 25-man rosters instead of spring training 60-man rosters. (make sure your roster is slimmed, too) *-may have changed in '17. may not be necessary. |
