Unrest in club house?

I keep getting complaints from players that everyone is bickering and fighting in the clubhouse and I need to fix it.....How do you all solve this issue?

Go to your player list

I would choose the Default View, where you can see the value of the players you're potentially purging from your system. If they're replacement-level guys, you may end up even releasing them. If they have any value you're going to want to try trading them away.

Customize your view to that the personality traits are visible.

Identify those players that have a combination of less than desirable traits - low work ethic, low loyalty, high greed tend to be a cancerous combo in my experience - and make a note of them. You will want to trade them away and get something decent in return. If you can grab a 'team leader' kind of player in return you're going to get twice the good out of it.

If you manage to get rid of someone and they are the crux of a big problem, you will actually get a personal mail saying the team is secretly happy you got rid of him. I love getting those mails.

Lastly, don't forget to check your manager's traits. Sometimes they are the problem.
