Crazy win streak by college team

my semi-historical league, I started with a small 16 team college feeder, in 1910 Syracuse was 10 games back with 15 games to go in the season (for their conference), 50 game season...

They went on to win their last 15 straight while the first place team dropped 10 of 15. They beat that team in a 1 game playoff and went on to win the College World Series 2 games to 0.
So basically went 18-0 to end the season and win the title after starting 17-18.

chances of that happening maybe 1 in a 1,000, but pretty cool that it can happen in the game (20 seasons simmed and haven't seen anything else close to that run).
