In-fighting in the clubhouse

Should I sack the manager, or cut players.
2-3 of my bigger stars have complained and the team is sinking.

Since I can't find any "team-talk" sacking looks to be the only option.

Compared to Football Manager it looks to be very limited options to sort out clubhouse stuff in OOTBP.
Or am I totally wrong ?

Never paid any notion to the comments on player beeing this or that, since playing historical only, and those comment on how a player is outside the game is so far away from reality it's laughable.
However I fear they have an impact on my problem.

Can't find any hints or ideas on this matter, so perhaps someone could put me on the right path.

I tried hard to find this Chemistry, but NO.
I found Relationships for the Manager and who he stands towards the player. It was about 50-50 among the stars.

We are talking about the little pitbull Don Zimmer and the Cubs late 80's, so we all remember how he was. That's why I thought he might be just as it says Temperamental.

Kind of weird thing that funny relationship. Just imaginary and in Historical play it's very odd indeed.
