I love it, but....
I'm new to the ootp universe and I bought it because of the great reviews and new 3d. I first had issues with the game freezing every time, but I updated my graphics and its been ok since then. I love the game especially the history and amount of time put into it. That being said, I've created my own leagues several times and any time I save after several hours it freezes, I tried saving quicker like every 30 minutes. Freeze. I've totally given up on my own league. So then I do something else and bam, another freeze or another non save.
The regular MLB season seems to work ok, unless the 3D bug comes back and takes that out. The true stat that I cant get over is the hours upon hours I've spent only to see it all vanish. Yesterday I just didn't want to even try, and today I got up this morning early to play, and just didn't bother. I love it I really do. I just have to get over losing everything everytime and just start over. It makes me go to that place when I was a kid and all my nintendo or playstation files were erased. It's a sad sad place. This is weird and obviously should not happen. Try disabling your virus scanner while playing, that may help.

So in my league this morning I tried again to pinpoint what its doing. It saves to 76% and says saving trades, thats when it freezes. everything is off and I even tried it again and turned off trades. It seems to work. does that mean I can't have a league with trades? Or is there a setting i may be missing.

I would check your system memory just to rule it out. Run mdsched.exe and reboot, it takes a few minutes to complete
