Game is stuck zoomed wayyyy in

Downloaded OOTP17 today, first thing I did was go into the settings and change the view from "windowed" to full screen. Now I'm stuck zoomed way in and on the home page I can't see the settings to change it back to windowed. I feel like there's an easy fix to this but I've tried everything I know without success.

Can you do a search for a file call app.cfg on your machine? Is it PC?

Yeah, it's a Surface Pro 3 if that helps.

Okay, easiest way for me in the past was simply to type in my search criteria %appdata% that led me to the config folder. In it there's app.cfg, engine.cfg, etc...

You want the app.cfg and open and edit it with Notepad, if you can.
The pic below, I think, is the change you want to make under Full Screen. Hope it helps.

Another way would be to locate your OOTP 17 shortcut, right-click it, select properties, select compatibility tab, and there toggle the high DPI setting. Then restart the game.
