Custom Stadiums - Questions

Now that I am getting more comfortable with OOTP I decided to create a custom league. Since the cities do not have stadiums that match up with the ones included in the game, I decided to create new stadiums for each of my teams.

Does the weather data for temperature represent average temperature for that city/ballpark location? What about rain? Does this number represent the number of days that it may rain in a given month for that location, or should I use it as a chance of rain in my games? There is a big difference in the two - it could rain most every day, but maybe I only want a 5% chance of a rain delay/rain out.

Are there any stadium add-ons out there that may save me a little work, or give me some extra ideas? Thanks!

I am bumping my own post because there were tons of posts this weekend, and this one may have been lost in the shuffle. I am hoping someone can provide some guidance to how the weather settings work. It may sound minor, but there is a big difference in city’s mean monthly temperature and a city’s mean max temperature.

Anyway, thanks in advance for any help!
