Can you suggest to a GM / Manager?

Hey all,
I am new to the game and I must say its a bit intimidating .
Any way I am playing a manager only fictional league and also I am in a league where I GM for the Reds.
In the fictional league my GM has put 12 pitchers on the roster which leaves me short on the bench...
And in the Reds GM league Bryan Price is NOT starting Devin Mesoraco.

Is there a way to suggest to the GM or Price to do these things?
Would be a nice touch.

Also...I have noticed in 3D view sometimes throws are not made when it seems that fielders have a legitimate shot at throwing someone out. Is this a bug or just a timing issue due to 3D view? Anyone else notice this?

If you right click the player you can choose strategy and force a player to be used at a position.

The outcome of the play is calculated, whether the throw is made or not is not related to where the pawns are on the screen, fyi
