Question on Statistics ?

I seem to be able to sort stats just about anyway possible even full batter vs each indv. pitcher... but is there a way to view a players history vs individual teams?? ie Busty Posey's splits vs Arizona Diamondbacks ? i know the game tracks those stats because the radio announcer will give those stats on occasion but i can't seem to find a way to view individual stats vs each team? thanks

does anyone know in the expanded pitchers stats FIP- ? i know about fielding independent pitching but have not been able to find out anything on fip- and what math equation is used to arrive at this #. the number usually is around 100 so i assume it is simial to ops+ but i find that the better pitchers this # is lower that 100 as opposed to above 100? what is a good base line for a cy young winner as opposed to someone who needs to be sent down or waived?
